Terms of sale

Terms for purchasing EvoTok Early Access.
Parties
The purchase is made through Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record (reseller) and is the seller in the transaction. The selling entity is Paddle.com Market Limited (company number 08172165, 30 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AU, England). Paddle takes payment, handles the payment details, accounts for and remits VAT on the purchase and invoices the buyer, and Paddle’s own terms and privacy notice apply to the purchase. Robin Synnergren Jonasson (sole proprietorship) provides the software, the license and support and does not receive or store your card details. See also Company information and terms.
The product and the Early Access promise
EvoTok Early Access is a one-time purchase with no subscription. It includes everything in EvoTok at the time of purchase, all future updates and new features in EvoTok, and the finished full version when it is released. You don’t need to pay again when EvoTok leaves Early Access.
Price and payment
Early Access costs SEK 349. The planned regular price at full launch is SEK 499; it does not affect you if you have already bought Early Access. The final amount, including any VAT, is shown in the checkout before you pay.
Delivery and license
Delivery is digital and automatic. You create an EvoTok account or sign in at konto.evotok.com and start the purchase there. When Paddle has confirmed your payment, the license is created automatically and linked to your account. You find the license and the download link in your account, and you activate the app by signing in to it with the same account.
Under development
EvoTok is under active development. Features may change and bugs may occur.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun, if you have expressly consented to delivery beginning, acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, and received a confirmation of this.
According to Paddle’s buyer terms, consumers in the EU can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, unless they have started downloading, using or benefiting from the product during that period. Paddle offers a withdrawal function in its customer portal through the link in Paddle’s confirmation email. You exercise the right of withdrawal through Paddle: in Paddle’s customer portal (the link in the confirmation email or paddle.net) there is a withdrawal button during the withdrawal period. The mere fact that the license is created or the download link is shown does not in itself mean that you have given up your right of withdrawal.
We offer no voluntary refund period of our own beyond your statutory rights and Paddle’s terms – see the Refunds page.
Refunds and the license
If a refund is granted, the license for that purchase is revoked. We offer no partial refunds. If a refund is denied, you keep the license. A refund request alone does not revoke the license. A disputed payment does not automatically revoke the license; the purchase is flagged on our side.
Defects
Your statutory consumer rights regarding defects in digital content are not affected by these terms. Contact us via the support form on the website or our Discord server.
Disputes
Please contact us first via the support form on the website or our Discord server. If we cannot agree, consumers in Sweden can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Swedish law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
