Refunds

How refunds work for EvoTok Early Access.
Statutory right of withdrawal
Your statutory rights as a consumer, including the right of withdrawal for distance purchases and your rights regarding defects, are not affected by anything else on this page. How they work is described in the terms of sale.
Paddle’s refund policy
Paddle is the seller in the purchase and handles refunds. According to Paddle’s refund policy, Paddle may, at its discretion, grant a refund if you request it within 14 days of the purchase; in some countries other statutory periods apply. The request is made through Paddle, for example through the support link on your receipt. The refund goes to the same payment method where possible.
No refund period of our own
We offer no voluntary refund period of our own beyond your statutory rights and Paddle’s terms. We offer no partial refunds.
What happens to the license
If a refund is granted, the license belonging to the purchase is revoked. The app detects this the next time it is online. If the refund is denied, you keep the license. A refund request alone does not revoke the license. Your other purchases and licenses are not affected.
Disputed payments
If a payment is disputed with the bank, we do not automatically revoke the license. The purchase is flagged on our side.
Withdrawal and defects
Information about the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal function and your rights regarding defects is in the terms of sale.
