License terms
Last updated:
Terms for using the EvoTok software.
The license
You receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to install and use EvoTok on one computer for your own streams. One license covers one computer. If you reinstall Windows on the same computer, you don’t need to buy EvoTok again.
Updates and full version
An Early Access purchase includes all future updates and new features in EvoTok and the finished full version when it is released, at no extra cost.
What you may not do
- Share, resell or publish your license.
- Circumvent or tamper with the license check.
- Decompile or reverse engineer the software, except where mandatory law allows it.
Blocking a license
The license is revoked if a refund of the purchase is granted, or in case of a material breach of these terms. If a refund is denied, you keep the license. A refund request alone or a disputed payment does not automatically revoke the license. The block applies only to the license belonging to that specific purchase.
Independent third-party product
EvoTok is an independent third-party product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by TikTok or ByteDance. The app receives events from TikTok LIVE through an independent connection and may stop working fully or partly if TikTok changes its service. You are responsible for making sure your use complies with TikTok’s terms.
Third-party components
The software includes third-party components and fonts under their own licenses. They are listed in the app and in the THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt file installed with it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost income from a stream. This does not limit your rights as a consumer.
